Sanjay Estate Agency is located at number 11 in Sadashiv Peth, Pune. We are right by the Pune IT Park in the Kshiti Vinayak area. Sadashiv Peth is a classic part of Pune, known for its narrow lanes and old-school charm, but being near the IT Park brings in a different kind of energy to the street. Our office is a simple one, nothing like those big corporate real estate firms you see in the city center. We deal with renting and selling properties around this side of town. It’s a lot of walking around, showing people flats, and talking to landlords. The office is usually filled with files and keys for different places we are looking after. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or out on the streets meeting folks. Pune is growing so fast, and we see it happening every day from our doorstep. It’s a noisy area with scooters zooming past and people going to work in the tech park. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sell people on things they don't need. We just show them what’s available and help with the paperwork once they decide. It’s a practical business.
