We operate out of Sanas Residency, right here at 333 Koregaon Park. If you know the Sahar area, you know it’s a good neighborhood to be in. We’ve been dealing with property around here for quite some time now. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and walking around to look at different flats or plots. It’s not always easy work, especially when the paperwork gets stuck or people change their minds at the last minute. Our office is small but it serves its purpose. We keep all the files and maps on the shelves. It’s just a few of us working here. We know the streets of Koregaon Park pretty well by heart. People often drop by just to ask what’s available or what the current prices look like. We don’t use any fancy sales pitches. We just show what’s on the books and explain the situation as it is. Sometimes the market is fast, sometimes it’s slow. We just keep track of who is selling and who is looking. It gets busy during the weekends when most people have time to go for viewings. We try to keep things straightforward. No big corporate suits here, just us in our regular clothes trying to get deals closed. It’s a local business, and we like being part of the community here. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we keep the files in order. We usually have a pot of tea going. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one on the door.
