If you’re looking for Samyak Realtors, we are over at 74 Kothrud in the Gul Tekri area. Our office is part of the Shree Gurukrupa Housing Society. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, which makes it a nice place to work. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that; it’s more of a local office where people from the society and the nearby blocks drop in. Most of the time, the space is filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional chime of a cell phone. We have a few cabinets full of property files and some old binders that have seen better days. We spend a lot of our time walking around Kothrud, checking out houses or meeting people who want to move into the area. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We usually have a pot of tea going and some biscuits on the table for whoever comes by. The windows look out onto the common area of the society, so we see the kids playing after school and the elderly folks taking their evening walks. It’s a very grounded way to do business. We know the history of most of the buildings around here because we’ve lived and worked in the area for so long. It is just us helping people navigate the local housing stuff without any of the usual corporate fluff.
