Kraft Complex in Viman Nagar is where we spend our working hours. We are situated right across from Baker Comp, making it easy for people to locate the office. Viman Nagar is a lively part of Pune, filled with IT workers and students. Because of that, the area always feels energetic. Our office setup is simple and functional. We deal with properties of all sizes, from student studios to larger family homes near the office. It gets quite busy with walk-ins because of where we are located. Many people come by looking for a place that cuts down their daily commute. Showing houses, talking with owners, and sorting out agreements fills up our schedule. It isn't a glamorous lifestyle. We deal with late appointments and the occasional lost key more often than not. However, we enjoy being in this part of town. Having good food stalls around the complex makes the long days much better. We have stayed in this complex for a long time, even as other businesses have moved out. Our desks might be old and the chairs might squeak, but the work gets done regardless. Knowing the local societies helps us tell people which places have the best water or the quietest neighbors.
