Our spot is Flat Number 2 inside Pandurang Niwas. It’s at 651/1 in Budhwar Peth. If you know where the Sakal Press is, we are right opposite that. Being behind Shaniwar Wada means there is always a lot of history and a lot of people walking around. It can get quite crowded in these lanes. The office is just a simple flat where we keep our files and meet anyone who drops by. It’s not a big glass building or anything. We usually open up in the morning and the sound of the press is a constant background noise. It makes you feel like you're in the middle of everything. Sometimes we go for a walk near the Wada just to clear our heads. The walls here are a bit old but they have character. Samarthshree Realty Llp has been based here for a bit now. We don't have a big team, just a few of us working on various things throughout the day. The tea guy around the corner knows exactly how we like it. It’s a very local way of working. Most of our day is spent checking documents or taking calls. We don’t really do fancy presentations. It’s more about sitting down and talking things through properly. The location is great because everyone knows Budhwar Peth. It’s easy to find us once you get past the main traffic.
