Sairaj Real Estate is based at S No 2, in the Pushkar 2 building within Indira Shankar Nagri. We are right on Paud Road in Kothrud, near the Panjrapole corner and across from the Maharaja Complex. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We handle a lot of local property stuff around Kothrud. Most of our days are spent on the phone or walking people through flats and shops. The office itself is small. We’ve got a couple of desks, some maps of the area pinned to the walls, and a lot of keys in the drawer. We don't go for those big flashy billboards. Word of mouth is how we mostly get our clients. People in the neighborhood know us. Sometimes we’re just sitting here waiting for a call, and other times we’re running between three different buildings at once. Kothrud has changed a lot over the years, and we've seen it happen from this corner. It’s a lot of work keeping track of who is selling and who is looking to rent. We don't have any big corporate backing, it's just us doing the local legwork. If the tea stall across the street is open, that’s usually where we are during a break. It's a simple business, really. We help people find a place to stay or set up shop, and we try to keep the paperwork as clear as possible for everyone.
