Our office for Sai Smith Real Estate is over at Shekhar Paradise in the Pcntda area. If you know the Spine Road in Moshi, we are right there at Plot No.03 in Sector No.09. It is a busy spot these days with all the new roads and buildings going up around Pradhikaran. We spend a lot of our time driving around looking at different plots. The market in Moshi has changed a lot since we first opened up shop. It used to be much quieter but now everyone wants to be near the highway. We help people find a place to build a house or maybe just a small flat if that is what they need. It isn't always easy because prices go up and down and people have a lot of questions about the paperwork. We try to explain things simply so nobody gets confused. Sometimes we are out on the site all day and the office is empty for a few hours. We keep our files organized in big metal cabinets. It is a bit old-fashioned but it works for us. We know the local area really well because we live nearby too. You can usually find us at the C-01 unit if we aren't out showing a property to someone. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. We just talk to people and help them figure out where they want to put their money. It is a simple way of working but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood.
