Sai Sara Properties

Operating out of Pune City, we spend most of our time on the move. Sai Sara Properties is basically a small team of us trying to keep up with how fast the city is changing. One day we are looking at a small flat in an old building, and the next we are checking out a plot on the outskirts. It is a lot of driving around and sitting in traffic. Our home base in Pune is where we do all the boring stuff like filing and making phone calls. The phone rings a lot, usually people asking about prices or complaining that things are too expensive these days. We cannot do much about the market, we just report what is available. It is a tough business sometimes because everyone is in a hurry. We do not have a polished showroom with fancy lights. It is just an office with some maps and a lot of empty tea cups. We talk to all kinds of people, from students looking for a room to older folks selling their family homes. Every day is a bit different. We do not use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know Pune and how the neighborhoods are shifting. If you want to know about a specific street, we probably have some notes on it somewhere in our cluttered drawers. It keeps us busy and always on our toes.
