Sai Real Estate Consultant is based at 10 Kothrud, near the Appa Balwant Chowk area. We are located in the Shantiban Complex, which is a very familiar spot for most people in this part of Pune. We are also quite close to Eklavya Poly College, so there are always students and staff moving around nearby. Our office is a small, functional space where we have been working for many years. We know Kothrud like the back of our hand because we have lived and worked here for so long. We help people find all kinds of housing, from small rooms to larger apartments. We aren't the type of consultants who use big words or try to push you into a deal. We just sit down with you and look at what is available. The office is often a bit messy with property listings and local newspapers, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time walking to different buildings in the complex and the surrounding streets to check on new vacancies.
