We are Sai Angan Properties LLP. Our place is over at Sr No.690, right by the Tulja Bhavani Mandir here in Pune. Being near the temple means everyone knows where we are. We've been around this part of the city for a bit now. It’s a busy area and we spend our days dealing with different property matters. It isn't always fancy work. Sometimes it’s just sorting through paperwork or talking to people about land. The office is easy to find if you’re heading towards the temple. We have a small team here. Most of us grew up around Pune so we know the streets pretty well. We handle the usual stuff you’d expect from a property firm. It’s mostly just making sure things get done right for the folks who come in. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud because of the temple crowds but we are used to it by now. People stop by to ask about plots or just to see what’s available in the 411039 area. We try to be helpful. That’s basically us. We just work out of this office and keep things moving. It's a living and we like being part of the local scene here. If you are ever near the Mandir, you will probably see our sign and can just walk in.
