Sahara Real Estate is a small operation based in Baner Gaon. We are situated near Malhunge Road, which is a part of town that has been seeing a lot of change lately. Our office is just a basic room with the essentials. We aren't a massive company with branches everywhere. It’s just us here in Baner. Most of our day involves talking to people about local land and buildings. We know this area pretty well because we spend so much time on Malhunge Road and the surrounding streets. We don't have a marketing department or a polished website. We just rely on being here and doing our work. It’s a quiet life for the most part, though some days get a bit hectic. We handle the real estate tasks as they come. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine, just a place to sit and work. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. Sahara Real Estate is just a local business run by people who live nearby. We like being in Baner Gaon. It has a good feel to it. If you are passing by the area near Malhunge Road, you might see us. We are usually busy with something, but we always have time for a quick chat if someone drops in. It’s a straightforward business and we plan to keep it that way for a long time.
