Sadguru Estate Agency Enterprises

We’re located at 29 Dhanakawadi Main Road, 2nd Phase, right near the Rajashree Shahu Bank. Sadguru Estate Agency Enterprises is a small operation we’ve been running for a while now. We mostly focus on the flats and commercial spaces right here in Dhanakawadi. It’s a busy road, so there’s always people walking by and popping in to ask what’s available. Our office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of local maps. We don’t do much fancy marketing or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know us by sight. Finding a place can be stressful for people, so we just try to keep things calm and straightforward. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just us, making sure the paperwork is done correctly and the keys get to the right people. Some days are just spent waiting for the phone to ring, and other days we don’t even have time to eat lunch because we’re out showing rooms. Dhanakawadi is a growing area, so things are always changing, with new buildings going up and old ones being renovated. We try to keep track of it all so we can tell people what’s actually happening. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of talking, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep at it, day in and day out.
