If you are looking for us in Pune, we are situated in the Sai Chamber building in Wakdewadi. We have units 606 and 607 on the sixth floor. The building is right there on the Pune Mumbai Road, which is pretty much always crowded with traffic moving between the two cities. Our office isn't anything too special, just a functional space where we handle estate matters and paperwork. We have been working out of this spot in S. No. 15B/31 for a while now, and the plot number is 203/16. The area around Wakdewadi is a mix of old and new, and it feels like there is always construction happening somewhere nearby. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work on the computers. It’s a lot of data entry and talking to people on the phone about different plots of land or buildings. We don't really do the whole polished corporate routine. It is more about getting the job done and making sure we haven't missed any details. The wind can get quite strong up on the sixth floor when the windows are open. We spend a lot of our time just managing the day-to-day flow of information that comes in from different sites across Pune. It is a steady pace, and we just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or extra talk.
