Rudra Properties Lonavala

If you know Lonavala then you probably know Bhangarwadi. Our shop is number 11 in the Aditya Complex right there at Kamrej Char Rasta. It is easy to find because we are quite close to Krushna Fast Food and you can usually smell whatever they are frying over there. The complex gets quite a bit of foot traffic especially on the weekends when people come up from the city. We spend most of our time here talking about properties and showing people maps of the local area. Lonavala has its own pace of life and we just fit into that. The shop isn't very big but we have enough space for a couple of visitors to sit down and have a glass of water while we look through the listings. Sometimes the rain here is so heavy we can barely hear ourselves talk under the roof. We just deal with houses and land around this region. It is practical work and involves a lot of driving around to different sites. We have been in this spot for a bit now and the neighbors in the other shops are all friendly enough. Dealing with property here means you have to know every corner of these hills and that is basically what we do. It's just a small office at the Char Rasta where we keep our files and meet people. It works for us and the people who visit. The parking outside is a bit tight but folks manage.
