If you go to M G Road in the Camp area, you will find the Arora Tower building. Our office is on the third floor, number 319 in the East Wing. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is busy, but we have a good view of the street from up here. Being near Shivshankar Society and the Arora Hotel makes it a very central spot. We help people with property stuff, like buying or selling flats and offices. M G Road is always packed with shoppers and cars, so it is never quiet. Our office is a simple space with a few desks and some old chairs. We spend most of the day on the phone talking to owners and buyers. Real estate in Pune is always changing, so there is a lot to keep track of. We have files for different buildings all over the city. It is a lot of back and forth with legal papers and bank work. People come to us because we are right here in the neighborhood and know the buildings. We don't have a big marketing team. It is just us doing the work every day. Sometimes we go out to show a property and get stuck in the Camp traffic for an hour. That is just part of life here. We just try to be helpful and give honest answers about the places we show.
