We are RITIRAJ REALTY LLP. You can find our office at Shop Number 04, A Wing, in the Alcon Rethos building. We are located at Survey Number 61(P) in the Kharadi area of Pune. Being in Kharadi means we are in a part of town that is growing very fast. There is always construction going on nearby. We focus on real estate and property services. Our shop isn't huge, but it is enough for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on the computer or out meeting people at different sites. Since we are in the 411014 zip code, we see a lot of the new development firsthand. It’s interesting to see how the neighborhood changes every year. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us are just locals or people who saw our sign while walking by Alcon Rethos. We just try to help them find what they are looking for without making things too complicated. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of all the building work outside, but we don't mind. It just shows that things are happening. We keep our paperwork organized and try to get through our tasks every day. It’s a simple business approach. We are just local people working in the property market.
