Resil Chemicals is located in Pune, specifically at B-802 in the Rohan Garima building. It's off Senapati Bapat Road, which is a pretty well-known part of town. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, like anywhere in Pune these days. Our office isn't a factory; it's more of an administrative space where we handle the paperwork and the technical details. You can see the city hills from some of the windows if the smog isn't too bad. We have a lot of files about different chemical formulas and safety sheets. It’s a quiet place, mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional meeting in the small room near the entrance. People here have been working together for years. We usually have tea together in the afternoon. The building itself is decent, though the elevator is a bit slow. We handle a lot of requests from clients who need specific things for their manufacturing. It’s technical stuff. No one wears suits here unless someone important is visiting. Mostly it’s just jeans and shirts. We try to get out on time because the traffic only gets worse after 6 PM. It’s a steady job in a nice part of the city. We like being near the shops on SB Road. It makes it easy to run errands after work. We’re just a regular team keeping the business running from this corner of Pune.
