Reliable Estate

Our place is tucked inside the lane by Jaideep Lodge, right at Plot No 171/2. It is on Tannery Road, near the City Post Chowk in Budhwar Peth. Finding us can be a little tricky the first time because the lanes are quite narrow and there is always a lot of activity happening in this part of town. The area is old and has a lot of history, which you can see in the buildings around us. We have a small office where we keep all our property records. It is usually a bit dark inside because the buildings are so close together, but we have enough light to see our work. We spend a lot of time talking to the locals who have lived here for generations. Being near the City Post is handy for our mail. The office itself is nothing special, just some chairs and a desk where we handle the agreements. We know the Tannery Road area very well. We see the same people every morning when we open up. It is a busy, noisy place but we like the energy of it. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit messy, but that is just life in Budhwar Peth. We are just here to help people find a spot in this crowded city. It takes a lot of patience to work in real estate here, but we are used to it.
