Reliable Communication

We are located on the service road along Bund Garden Road, specifically near G G Palya on Tumkur Road at number 18. Reliable Communication is basically a small hub for anyone having trouble with their gadgets. It’s a bit of a loud spot because of the heavy traffic on the main road, but we’re used to it by now. The shop is filled with various phone accessories hanging on the walls. We do a lot of data transfers and phone setups for people who just bought a new device and don't know how to move their photos. It’s not a high-end boutique. It’s a practical place for practical people. We spend a lot of time squinting at small screws and tiny motherboards under a lamp. Most of our customers are people working nearby or commuters who realize their charger died while they were on the road. We keep the doors open through the day. Sometimes we have to send a phone out to another specialist if the repair is too complicated for our small bench, but we usually manage most things here. It's just a couple of us working. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. The shop has been here through many road constructions and changes in the area over the years. We just keep doing what we do. It’s a simple business of helping people stay connected. No big fuss here, just fixing things.
