Regain Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic is on the second floor of The Business Hub, right in office 203. It is a busy building on Karve Road in Kothrud, so there is always something going on downstairs. We are directly across from the Vandevi Temple, which makes it easy for people to find us if they haven't been here before. Being near the Pruthvi Hotel means there is usually a lot of traffic and noise outside, but once you get up to the second floor, it settles down a little. We have a basic setup inside with the tables and some gear for the physical therapy sessions. The elevator in the building works most of the time, but some people just take the stairs to get their heart rate up. It is not a huge office, so things can feel a bit tight when we have three or four people in here at once. We spend a lot of our day showing people how to move their arms or legs better, and the floors get a lot of use. The windows look out toward the road, but we usually keep the blinds pulled a bit to keep the sun out. We don’t use any fancy management software or anything like that; we just write things down and keep track of who is coming in next. It is a plain, honest workspace for the staff and the local people who live around Karve Road.
