At Realty Merchant, we are located over by Life Park in Khondhwa. It’s a decent spot, and we get a lot of people coming by after they’ve been out for a walk or running errands. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We mostly focus on the apartments and plots around this side of Khondhwa. There’s been a lot of construction lately, so there is always something new to look at. We spend our time keeping track of which builders are doing good work and which ones are having trouble. It’s important to know those things so we can tell people the truth. We don't use a lot of fancy words or sales tactics. If a place has a leaky roof or the parking is bad, we just say so. It’s better that way in the long run. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. Sometimes the kids from the park come near the door, and it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind. We are just a part of the local scene here. We work regular hours, but we are flexible if someone can only meet late in the evening. It’s just us trying to make a living and helping others find a place to stay. It is honest work, and we don't pretend it's anything more than that. We know the streets around Life Park well.
