Real Value Estate Agency is tucked away in the Panchratna Industrial Estate in Rasta Peth. Specifically, we are over at the Indraprasth Complex, right across from the Apollo Theater. If you have been to Changodar, you know the area is quite busy with all sorts of businesses. Our office is a bit of a trek to find sometimes because of how the buildings are numbered, but once you are in the complex, it is not too bad. We deal with properties around here, mostly industrial and commercial stuff because of where we are located. There is always paperwork piled up on the desks and maps of the local plots pinned to the walls. It isn't a high-end office with leather chairs. It is more of a place where we sit down with a cup of tea and talk about square footage and lease terms. The noise from the theater crowds can be heard in the evenings. We have seen buildings go up and others get torn down in this part of town. People come to us when they need a warehouse or a small shop space. We just give them the facts and show them what is available on the market. It is a straightforward job. We have been operating out of this spot for years, and we know these streets pretty well. It is just a local agency doing what we can in a busy industrial hub.
