Rd Associates

Rd Associates is based in the Hadapsar area of Pune, specifically in Parijat Colony. Hadapsar is a really busy part of the city with a lot of industries and offices, but Parijat Colony is a bit more tucked away. Our setup is pretty basic. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles in the office. It’s mostly just us, our desks, and a lot of documents. We spend our time working through various projects and keeping things moving. The team here is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no fancy hierarchy where you can’t talk to someone. We just shout across the room if we need something. The Pune weather can be nice, but when it rains, it really pours, and we can hear it hitting the roof. We don’t have a mission statement or a list of core values on the wall. We just know what we have to do each day to keep the office running. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we have a local feel. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the world; we just want to do our work correctly and go home to our families. If you walk into our office, you might see some messy stacks of paper or a half-empty tea cup, but that’s just because we are actually working.
