Cs Bhalerao Associates

Our office is in Flat No. 25 over at the RC Complex. We’re located in Kothur, right near the Shivaraj Praathisthan School. It’s a familiar landmark for everyone around here. Cs Bhalerao Associates has been operating from this unit for a while. It’s a functional space, nothing too special to look at, but it gets the job done for us. We spend a lot of time at our desks dealing with the various things that come our way. The school nearby means it gets a bit noisy when the kids are heading home, but we don't mind the energy. Kothur is a good place to be based. The RC Complex is a sturdy building and we've gotten to know the other people working in the different flats. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass building. We are just a small team in a regular flat. We keep things simple. Sometimes the lift in the complex is a bit slow, so we take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. Our days are mostly filled with meetings and paperwork. We try to keep a steady pace and stay organized. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. If you are looking for the RC Complex, just head towards the school and you’ll see the building. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the neighborhood. It’s just a normal office where we do our best to stay on top of things.
