Razzmatazz Properties Llp is our firm tucked away in Thakkar House on East Street. You can find us at Office No 5 in the II Wing. Kapil Shashikant Shah handles a lot of the things here. Camp is an old part of Pune with a lot of history and very specific types of buildings. Dealing with property in this area is a bit different than the newer suburbs. There are more old bungalows and heritage-style shops around here. We work with buyers and sellers who are looking for something in the heart of the city. It’s a busy office because East Street is always crowded. Most of our days are spent checking titles and making sure the land records are clear. It's tedious work but necessary if you don't want trouble later. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town. We just focus on our corner of Pune City. People come in to ask about commercial spaces or just to see what the current rates are. We try to give them a straight answer based on what we see happening in the market. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than expected, but that's just how the system works. We are here from morning till evening, mostly answering emails and meeting folks who drop by the office. It’s a simple operation based on knowing the local area.
