Raskar Properties is located in the Classic Complex, which is right across from K K Market. If you are familiar with Bibwewadi, you probably know the Esi Double Road. That’s where we are at number 24. We have been working out of this office for a long time. It’s a bit of a crowded area, especially on market days when everyone is out and about. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about land or flats. The Appa Reddy Palaya neighborhood has changed a lot since we started. We see new buildings going up all the time. Our day usually involves a lot of driving around to look at different spots and then coming back here to deal with the paperwork. It’s a lot of forms and signatures. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait, or talk to the guys in the shop next door. We aren't a big fancy firm. It’s just us doing our thing in Bibwewadi. We know the local roads and who is selling what. People drop by after doing their shopping at K K Market to ask about prices. We just give them the straight talk about what’s available. It’s a decent place to work and we’re happy to be here.
