Ranson Realtors is a small setup located over at 2 Bopodi Sonapur Street. We've been around the Tadwadi area for a while now, specifically tucked away in Keshav Chhaya. It’s quite a busy spot since we’re so close to the Pune IT Park. Most days, we’re just here handling property stuff for folks in the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular place where we keep our files and meet people who are looking to move or sell. Being near the IT Park means there’s always people coming and going, asking about rentals or what’s available nearby. We know these streets pretty well because we spend most of our time walking around them. Bopodi is a bit crowded sometimes, but that’s just how it is here. We handle the paperwork and try to make sure things go okay for everyone involved. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some coffee. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city, just a reliable one for the people living around here. If you’re walking past Sonapur Street, you’ll see our sign. It’s a straightforward business. We deal with houses, flats, and land, mostly right in this part of town. People know us by name, and we like it that way. No big corporate vibes here, just us working out of Keshav Chhaya and trying to stay organized.
