Our agency is located on the first floor of the Yogeshwari Building, specifically at Flat No-2 in Kirti Nagar Lane-2. Working out of Sangavi means we see a lot of local families and people looking for their first apartments. It’s a cozy office, nothing too grand, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of our time organizing visits for people who want to see the nearby flats. Usually, the phone starts ringing pretty early, and it doesn’t really stop until we close up for the evening. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of agents. It’s just us making sure the keys are where they should be and the paperwork is handled correctly. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit long at the end of a busy day, but we don't mind. We know the layout of the lanes in Kirti Nagar like the back of our hands. Dealing with real estate here is about being around when people need you. We don’t use any fancy talk or marketing tricks. We just show the rooms, talk about the rent or the price, and let people think it over. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of walking, but it’s a good way to spend the day. We keep our records in order and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door looking for a new place to call home.
