Our specific address details are CTS No.6616 and Plot No.491. Being in a shop rather than a high-rise office makes it easy for people to just walk in when they are passing by the chowk. It’s a lively neighborhood and we like being part of the daily life here. We handle property stuff, mostly dealing with what’s available nearby. It's not a complicated setup. We have a few chairs, some desks, and plenty of files about the local plots and buildings. Working in Parvati means we get to know a lot of the residents and business owners around Mitramandal Chowk. We don’t spend money on shiny brochures or expensive marketing. Most of our work comes from just being here and knowing the local market inside out. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the shop when we have a few people visiting at once, but we manage. We’ve seen the way this part of town has grown over the years.
