Rambilas Sarada & Co

We are located at 534 Raviwar Peth. If you know Pune at all, you know that Raviwar Peth is one of those places where the streets are narrow and everything is packed together. Rambilas Sarada & Co has been here for a long time. Our shop is tucked into the middle of all that madness. Every morning, the area wakes up with handcarts moving and shopkeepers rolling up their shutters. It’s a loud place, but there is a lot of life in it. Inside, we have rows of shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. It’s a bit dark in the back, and we have to use flashlights sometimes to find things. We don't have a website that works properly or any of that new stuff. People just know where we are and they come by. We spend a lot of our day dealing with regular customers who have been coming to this address for decades. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit steep and creaky. We keep our ledgers by hand mostly, sitting at an old wooden desk that has been here since the start. It’s not a fancy way to run a business, but it’s the way we know. Raviwar Peth is where we belong. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work until it's time to head home.
