Suresh Shah Associates is a small firm located at number 5 in Karve Nagar. We have been here for a good number of years now. The office is a simple place where we handle real estate matters and some consultancy work. It’s mostly just Suresh and a couple of helpers keeping things running. We don't have any big flashy signs out front. People usually find us because a friend or a cousin told them to come here. We know Karve Nagar like the back of our hand. We’ve seen which plots were empty twenty years ago and what is standing there now. Our day is mostly filled with reading through old property papers and visiting sites to check on progress. It can be slow work sometimes. Dealing with the local authorities and getting permissions takes a lot of time and patience. We don't try to rush things because that is when mistakes happen with the paperwork. We prefer to do things the old-fashioned way, sitting down with a cup of tea and talking through the details. We aren't trying to sell anyone on anything. We just provide the information we have and help with the steps needed to buy or sell. It is a straightforward business, and we like keeping it that way. Most of our clients are just regular families looking for a bit of help with their house plans or some land they own. It’s just us doing our job.
