Being in Pune, things move fast, but here at Pan Card Consultancy, we try to keep things simple. We deal with all those forms and documents people need for their cards. It’s a lot of sitting at a desk and making sure everything is filled out right. You know how it is with paperwork, it can be a real headache if you don't stay organized. We’ve been set up in this city for a bit, just helping out whoever walks in. The office isn't anything special, just a place with some computers and a lot of files. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer acts up, but that’s just how it goes. Most of our day is spent looking at names and dates and checking against the government rules. It gets a bit repetitive, but it’s important for people to get their IDs sorted. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us making sure the applications get sent off. Pune is a big place, so we see people from all walks of life coming through. It’s interesting to talk to them for a minute while they wait. We just stay focused on the task and try to get the files moved along. There’s always a stack of papers waiting on the corner of the table. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile one by one.
