Being located on the 3rd Main of Mysore Road in Yerwada means there is always something going on outside. My business, Rajesh Services, is at number 12, and it’s a spot that has seen a lot of changes over the years. The road is always packed with people heading somewhere, so the energy is quite high from morning until the sun goes down. I started this service business because I wanted to be my own boss and help folks in the neighborhood with whatever they might need. We do a bit of everything here, mostly just small tasks and general help that people look for. The shop isn't very large, so we have to keep things pretty organized so we don't run out of room. I usually get in early to sweep the front and get the lights on before the first customers arrive. It’s a simple life, honestly. I spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. Some of the neighbors have been here as long as I have, so we look out for each other. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a good fan that keeps things moving. I don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth in Yerwada seems to work just fine for us. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay helpful and stay busy every day.
