You can find Rajesh Kothari & Co up on the fourth floor of Green House, right at Famous Chowk in Navi Sangvi. It’s in the Pimple Gurav area. Being on the 4th floor means we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open, though the climb up can be tiring if the lift is acting up again. The office is listed as 404. We have a lot of folders and stacks of paper because that’s just the nature of our work. It’s not a modern, minimalist space. It’s a working office where things actually get done. We’ve got desks pushed against the walls and a few calculators that have been with us for years. Famous Chowk is always buzzing with people, so there’s always something to look at out the window when we take a break. We handle our daily tasks without much fuss. We don't really do the big corporate meetings. It’s mostly just us sitting down and going through the files one by one. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we catch up on the local news. We like being in Navi Sangvi. It’s a good spot for a firm like ours. It feels grounded. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There is always a pile of documents to sort through before the day ends and we lock up.
