Rajesh Estate

Our office for Rajesh Estate is situated on Dhole Patil Road, near the Camp and Oshiwara areas. We have been working in this neighborhood for many years, so we have seen how the streets have changed and which buildings have gone up. It is a simple place with a few desks, lots of maps on the walls, and stacks of property papers that never seem to get smaller. Most of our day isn't spent in the office anyway. We are usually out walking through the lanes, showing apartments to families or looking at shop spaces for new businesses. Real estate in this part of the city can be pretty hectic, but we try to keep things grounded. We don't use those fancy sales tactics or wear expensive suits. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes a sale takes a long time because of some old paperwork issue, and we just have to be patient and sort it out. We spend a lot of time drinking tea with landlords and listening to what people are looking for in a home. People come to us because we actually know who owns which building and what the water situation is like on a particular street. It is a lot of running around and making phone calls, but we enjoy being part of the local community. We just give people the facts and let them make their own choices.
