Rainbow Housing Co.& Rainbow Realties

We have been running Rainbow Housing Co. and Rainbow Realties from our office in Newase for quite some time now. Our place is tucked right behind the Vitthal Mandir in Pune, so we hear the temple bells throughout the day, which is actually quite nice when the office gets busy. Most people find us by looking for the temple first because the C 12/9 block can be a bit tricky to spot if you aren't from around here. It’s a small space, mostly just desks covered in folders, maps of local plots, and half-empty tea cups. We spend our mornings checking on property listings and talking to people who want to move into the 411 043 area. It is not some fancy corporate setup with glass walls; it is just a regular office where we get work done. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams when we are trying to get a contract ready, but that is just how things go. We know most of the neighbors and the local shopkeepers nearby. When someone comes in to talk about a house or a piece of land, we usually sit down and have a long chat rather than rushing through it. Real estate involves a lot of back-and-forth and waiting for documents to clear, so we just take it one day at a time here in Pune. It’s a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but we like the neighborhood and the people who stop by to ask about housing.
