Our office is tucked away in Bhugaon at Omkar Society. It’s quite easy to find since we are right near the Shambhu Temple. You can usually hear the bells from the temple in the mornings when we first open up. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main city, which we like. We started Rahul Property Agents just to handle the stuff happening right here in the neighborhood. We aren't a big firm with branches everywhere. It is mostly just us sitting around a couple of desks. There is a small sitting area for visitors, though it gets a bit crowded if more than three people show up at once. We spend a lot of time walking around the society and the nearby lanes. It’s better to see things in person than just looking at a screen. Sometimes we forget to update the board outside, but everyone knows we are here anyway. The coffee machine broke last week so we’ve been getting tea from the stall down the road. It feels more like a community spot than a cold office. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know this specific patch of Bhugaon really well. If you’re passing the temple, you’ll probably see us standing outside or chatting with one of the residents near the gate for a few minutes.
