We do valuations and consulting, which keeps us pretty busy with numbers and reports. It is not the kind of work that makes for exciting stories, but it is important for the people who need it. The office is just a standard space on the second floor. We’ve got our computers and our files, and that’s about it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We are just Rachana Valuers. Most of the time, we are buried in documents or out on site visits. Shivaji Nagar is a great place to work because everything is close by. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just tell people the truth about their property values and leave it at that. It’s practical work for practical people. We’ve been at City Mall for a bit and we like the convenience of the location. If you are ever near University Road, that’s where you’ll find us. We’re usually there from nine to six most weekdays. It's a good enough spot for our team to stay productive.
