We’re located at 277/2 Shriram Apts, right on the Main Road in Shaniwar Peth. If you’re in Pune, you probably know the area. It’s an old part of town with a lot of history. We are near the Cosmos bank, which is the best landmark to use if you’re trying to find us for the first time. R S Agashe & Associates is the name on our nameplate. The office is inside Shriram Apts, and it’s a fairly quiet place considering how busy the Main Road can get outside. We’ve got our desks set up and the usual office stuff piled around. It’s not a high-tech corporate office. It’s a place where we sit down and get through the paperwork every day. Pune 411030 is home for us. We’ve spent years in Shaniwar Peth, watching the traffic go by. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but the thick walls of the apartment building help quite a bit. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people just know us from being here so long. It’s just R S Agashe & Associates, doing the daily work that needs to be done. We keep things simple and honest. The space is practical, filled with files and the smell of old paper. We just handle the business at hand without any extra fuss or corporate polish. It works for us.
