R M Properties is located at 20 Lullanagar, in the Shivalaya building on CG Road E. If you’re looking for us, we are right across the street from the Signature Restaurant, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. Being on CG Road means there’s always a lot of activity outside, with cars and people moving about at all hours. Our office in Shivalaya isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our property-related work. We’ve got some old wooden desks and cabinets that have been with us since we started. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or have a fancy waiting area. It’s a very straightforward place. We know the Lullanagar area inside out because we’ve been here for years. We spend our days looking through listings, talking to people, and managing the paperwork that comes with real estate. It’s a lot of phone calls and meetings, nothing too exciting. Sometimes we walk over to the restaurant for a bite if the day isn't too packed. The traffic on CG Road can get really bad in the evening, so we usually try to wrap things up before the worst of it hits. We don't believe in using big marketing words or making promises we can't keep. We’re just local people who know the buildings in this neighborhood. If someone stops by, we give them the facts and let them decide. It’s a simple way to run things, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
