Our place is Flat No: 002 / A2 in the Raghukul Nagari building, right on Aundh Road in Pune. It is a bit different from your typical street-side electronics shop because we operate out of this specific space in the residential complex. We handle a variety of electronic needs for the people living nearby. Aundh Road is usually packed with traffic and noise, but once you come inside the building, things get a lot quieter. We focus on getting the work done without making a big fuss about it. There are no flashy signs or big window displays to attract attention. Most of the people who come to us found out about the place from a neighbor or a friend who lives in the societies around here. We work on the kind of electronic stuff that people use in their homes every day. Sometimes the day is full of repair jobs, and other times we are just helping someone understand why their device is not turning on properly. we do not try to act like a big corporation because that is not who we are. It is just a small team working out of a combined residential and commercial space. We keep things simple and our work is honest. If something cannot be fixed, we will just say so. It is a practical way to run a small business in Maharashtra.
