Queens Properties

We have been here in Chinchwad for quite a while now. Most people know us because we are right near Lokmanya Hospital. It is a busy spot, but we like it here. My name is on the door at Queens Properties, but usually, it is just a few of us sitting at the desks trying to keep up with the paperwork. We deal with houses and flats around this part of town mostly. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. We have some old chairs and a desk that wobbles if you lean on it too hard. If you are looking for a place to stay or want to sell a plot, we probably know the neighborhood well enough to help out. We spend a lot of our time driving around the backstreets looking at buildings. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and talk about the local news. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing and we are rushing out the door. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing. People mostly find us because they walked past the office or a friend told them to stop by. We try to be straight with folks about what a place is worth. There is no point in making things sound better than they are because people find out eventually anyway. It's just a regular local business trying to get things done right here in the neighborhood for everyone.
