We are Qualcon Investments Realty Llp, and you can find us over at Flat No 18 in Bhakti Apartment. That is right on Shankarshet Road, specifically at number 402. It’s a fairly central location which makes it easy for us to get around and see different sites. We’ve been working out of this apartment for some time. It’s a regular workspace, nothing like those huge corporate offices you see in the city center. We keep things pretty simple. Usually, it's just us sitting with some folders and a laptop, trying to figure out where the next decent investment might be. The traffic on Shankarshet Road can be a bit much during rush hour, but it means we are right where the action is. We handle various real estate matters as an LLP. Some days are slow, with just a few emails, and other days we are out of the office from morning until late at night. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy lobby. If you come by Bhakti Apartment, you just head up to our unit. We know the local buildings and the people who own them, which helps when someone is looking for a specific kind of space. It’s a straightforward business. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized among all the paperwork and property listings that pile up on our desks. It’s a lot of coffee and phone calls to get through every single day.
