PUNE PROP GURU LLP

We are basically just a small team over at Pune Prop Guru LLP. Our office is on the first floor, unit 102, in the Pankaj Asmaan Society. It’s right there on Wagholi Road in Lohegaon, just by the Hero showroom. If you know the area, you know how busy that road gets during the day. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our thing in the local property scene. We don't have any of those big fancy corporate offices you see in the city center. It’s a pretty simple setup with just enough room for our desks and a few chairs for when people stop by. We spend a lot of time looking at what’s coming up in Sant Nagar 1 and the rest of Lohegaon. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. We aren't really into the whole big marketing talk. We just try to keep track of who is selling and who is looking to move in. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with maps and files, but that’s just how we work. Being on the first floor means we can see the street but it’s a bit quieter than being right on the sidewalk. We know the neighborhood because we live and work around here. It isn't anything flashy, just a group of us trying to help out with real estate in this part of Pune.
