PS SQUARE REALTORS LLP is located way up in Flat C 1703 on Satara Road. We are in the Bibwewadi area, specifically at Survey Number 685/1. Being on the 17th floor gives us a pretty good view of the traffic moving along Satara Road. It is a high-rise building, but our office feels very grounded. We are just a group of people working on real estate deals and managing properties. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and the occasional printer. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Some are looking to move, others are looking to sell. We just sit here and help facilitate those things. Bibwewadi is a busy place, and Satara Road is a major artery, so we are never really bored. We have a lot of files stacked up, mostly relating to land records and building permissions. It’s the kind of work that takes patience. We aren't interested in being a flashy company. We just want to make sure the jobs get done right and the documents are all in order. Most of our afternoon is spent answering queries or heading down to meet clients at various locations. We like the height of the office because it is quiet away from the street noise. It is just a straightforward place where we get through our daily tasks and help folks navigate the local market.
