Our office is over at Cerebrum IT Park in Wadgaon Sheri. We are on the 3rd floor of the B-3 building, specifically at Sr. No. 13. Prota Realty Private Limited is our name. Being in an IT park means the surroundings are quite professional, but our office itself is pretty laid back. We’re just a small team working in the Pune real estate market. Wadgaon Sheri is a good location for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people about different properties. Maharashtra is where we operate, and we've gotten to know this area well. The office is a functional space. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big lobby. It’s just where we do our thinking and our typing. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are a lot of documents to go through. We don't have any big corporate goals to talk about. We just want to do our job and go home to our families. It’s a local business, and we keep things simple. We find that being direct with people works best. We show up every day, drink some tea, and get to work. Pune 411014 is a busy place, but we manage to keep things organized in our little corner of the IT park.
