We’re PROSPERA ESTATES LLP and we’ve got our office set up in Bhosari. You can find us at Sector Number 10, Plot Number 64. We are right by the PCNTDA water tank, which is usually how people find their way here if they get lost. It’s a pretty recognizable landmark in this part of Pune. We spend our days working on estate matters and helping people figure out their property situations. Since we are in the 411026 area, we see a lot of what goes on in the neighborhood. It’s a practical sort of place to work. We don’t really do anything flashy. It is just about getting the property details right for the people who come in. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with maps and files, but that is just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve been around the Bhosari area for a bit, so we know the layout of the plots and the local rules. It’s decent work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting at desks looking over site plans. We aren't a huge firm, just a local LLP trying to do our part in the real estate market. Being near the water tank makes it easy to give directions. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door looking for estate advice.
