We are based in the Solitaire Business Hub in Wakad, specifically in office C3-30 at S No 208/206. Proptower Estates Llp is the name we use. Wakad is part of Haveli, and it's a bustling area in Pune. Being in a business hub means there are always people around. Our office is a small space where we manage property deals. We don't have a big team or a corporate structure. It's just a few of us handling the daily tasks. The 411057 area has seen a lot of growth, and we're right in the thick of it. We spend our time checking listings, talking to owners, and making sure the paperwork is correct. It's not the most exciting work, but it's important to do it right. The office is practical. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We don't believe in using fancy language to describe what we do. We're just real estate people working in Maharashtra. Most days are pretty routine, starting with emails and ending with filing. Sometimes we're out on the road visiting sites. We like being in Wakad because it's easy for people to get to us. It's a decent place to work, and we just focus on getting through the tasks on our list.
