Our office is Flat Number 03 in the Platinum Park building. This is located in Manaji Nagar, specifically in the Narhe area at Survey No 41/2/6A. PROPSTAR REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED is just a small operation run by a few of us. We decided to set up in Narhe because it is a growing part of the city and we wanted to be right in the middle of it. The office itself is quite simple. We have some desks, a few chairs for when people visit, and a lot of folders full of property details. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different project sites checking on progress. It is not the kind of place where you will find marble floors or fancy art. It is a working office. We focus on reality and help people find what they are looking for around this side of town. The commute for us is easy, and we like the community in Platinum Park. Usually, the day starts with a lot of coffee and a list of people we need to call back. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We mostly rely on the fact that we show up every day and do what we say we are going to do. It’s just us doing our thing in Narhe, keeping it real and staying busy with the daily grind of property work.
