Our setup is in the Beaufort section of Nyati Eternity II, specifically at Flat No 303 in SR NO 2. We are located in the 411060 area of Pune, which is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the city center. We do marketing and consultancy for properties, but that really just means we help people figure out what to do with their real estate. It’s not a big, flashy operation. We have a modest office where we spend most of our time looking at market trends or talking to property owners. We aren't into the whole corporate polish thing. We’d rather just have a coffee and talk through the details of a project. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have heard about us from a neighbor. We’ve been in the Beaufort building for a while now and we like the community here. The day-to-day usually involves a lot of phone calls and checking on various listings. It’s practical work that requires us to be careful with the details. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the facts and help our clients make a plan. Our office is a bit lived-in, with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we work. We’re glad to be part of the Pune real estate scene without all the extra noise.
